Areas of practice:
David Brown grew up in the San Antonio and Odessa area. He graduated high school in 1969, at which time he joined the United States Air Force and served for four years.
Mr. Brown graduated from the University of Texas – Permian Basin in 1976 and South Texas College of Law in 1980. He began practicing law in 1980 and received board certification in family law in 1986.
After a lengthy association with John Pavlas, Mr. Brown formed the partnership of Pavlas & Brown, L.L.P. in the mid-nineties.
